Registration with AHPRA

We receive a lot of questions about the Registration process with AHPRA.
Whilst we don't actually do the registration ourselves, the paper work must be submitted through the AHPRA process (see AHPRA website) we do strongly recommend you check the status of the RTO accreditation before enrolling or graduating from your course.

To current date the following Registered Training Organization's (RTO's) are the only one's who are accredited through AHPRA to deliver Cert IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice or HLT40213:

Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education at the Northern Territory Campus

Marr Mooditj Training Inc at the Waterford, Western Australia Campus

TAFE NSW Riverina Institute at it's Albury, Griffith and Wagga Wagga, NSW campus

Health Industry Training at it's Hervey Bay, QLD campus

TAFE NSW Western Institute at it's Dubbo and Orange NSW campus

Whilst there are RTO's who have submitted programs for AHPRA approval the process can take a long time and students will not be covered until it is finalized by the AHPRA board.
It is wise to check with your RTO if you are already a student or you will need to contact one of the approved RTO's above and see how they may be able to help you.

We will keep you updated on RTO progress as the information becomes known to us.

The Accreditation Committee started to accredit RTO's and programs under the National Law in 2014 and continues this work in 2016.
